Rema’s “Baby (Is it a Crime)” Logs Another Week at No. 1, Asake’s “Why Love” Moves to No. 5

Chart rankings on the Official Nigeria Top 100 are based on a weighted formula incorporating audio and video streams within Nigeria, as well as airplay on radio in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing comprehensive music activity including the official No. 1 song in Nigeria

Rema’s “Baby (Is it a Crime)” tallied 2.78 million on-demand streams (No. 2 on streaming) and 101.9 million in radio reach (No. 1 on radio). As a result, it spends a second consecutive week atop the Official Nigeria Top 100. 

ODUMODUBLVCK’s “PITY THIS BOY” with Victony lifts to a new peak of No. 2 on this week’s chart after tallying 3.29 million on-demand streams (No. 1 on streaming) and 79.1 million in radio reach (No. 5 on radio). It equals “Holy Father” and “Stubborn” as Victony’s highest charting singles in Nigeria – all peaked at No. 2. 

Fido’s “Joy is Coming” descends 2-3 after topping the chart for six consecutive weeks while Teni’s “Money” holds at No. 4. 

Asake’s “WHY LOVE” jumps to a new peak of No. 5 on this week’s Top 100– it tallied 2.22 million on-demand streams (No. 3 on streaming) and 57.5 million in radio reach (No. 12 on radio). 

Adekunle Gold’s “Obimo” debuts at No. 6 on this week’s Top 100. As a result, it becomes the artiste’s milestone tenth top ten entry on the official singles chart in Nigeria. 

Ruger’s “Jay Jay” starts at No. 7 on the Nigeria Top 100 with 989,000 on-demand streams (No. 13 on streaming) and 71.3 million in radio reach (No. 7 on radio). 

Rounding out this week’s top ten; FOLA’s “who does that?” with Bella Shmurda dips to No. 8, Davido’s former No. 1 “Funds” featuring Chike & ODUMODUBVCK falls to No. 9 while Ayra Starr’s “All The Love” lifts from 46-10 in its first full week of release.
