Davido’s “B4 B4” with Mayorkun & FOLA Logs a Third Week at No. 1, Ayra Starr & Zayn’s “Heaven Baby” Debuts at No. 4
Chart rankings on the Official Nigeria Top 100 are based on a weighted formula incorporating audio and video streams within Nigeria, as well as airplay on radio in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing comprehensive music activity including the official No. 1 song in Nigeria
Davido’s “B4 B4” with Mayorkun \\& FOLA tallied 4.29 million on-demand streams (No. 1 on streaming) and 88.8 million in radio reach (No. 1 on radio). As a result, it leads the Official Nigeria Top 100 for a third week as well as topping both component charts simultaneously for the first time – making it the most dominant number-one song in months. It is the first song to lead both the streaming and radio charts simultaneously since Blaqbonez \\& Asake’s “CHANEL” achieved the same feat in the week of June 12 – 18, 2026.
Seyi Vibez’s “GTA’ is steady at its No. 2 peak for another week while Rema’s “TEA” holds at No. 3 in its second week on the chart.
Ayra Starr \\& Zayn’s “Heaven Baby” debuts at No. 4 on this week’s Nigeria Top 100 with 2.78 million on-demand streams (No. 3 on streaming) and 40.7 million in radio reach (No. 16 on radio). It is Ayra Starr’s 23rd top ten entry on the official singles chart and Zayn’s first top ten single in Nigeria.
“Heaven Baby” is the sixth top ten entry off the artiste’s third studio album, joining – “Gimme Dat” with Wizkid which peaked at No. 3, “Hot Body” (No. 3 peak), “Who’s Dat Girl” (No. 2 peak), “Where Do We Go” (No. 10 peak) and “Tornado” (No. 7 peak).
As a result, ‘Starrgirl’ now holds the record of the album by a female artiste with the most top ten entries in history – surpassing Ayra Starr’s own ‘The Year I Turned 21’ (3).
Davido’s “Already Falling” dips 4-5 in its third week on the Top 100 while Victony’s “SLICK” holds at No. 6 for another week – it previously topped the chart for three weeks.
FOLA \\& Ayra Starr’s former No. 1 “treat u right” holds at No. 7 in its seventh week on the chart while BNXN \\& Asake’s “Eja Meja” falls 5-8.
Rounding out this week’s top ten; Asake’s “Gratitude” holds at No. 9 in its sixteenth week on the chart; throughout its chart run, it has never left the top ten including its debut week at No. 1.
Davido’s former No. 1 “I Know Who I Be” with GL_Ceejay \\& JAZZWRLD slips 8-10.
Albums Chart:
In the tightest albums race since TurnTable began collecting data, Davido’s ‘Oriade’ emerges in first place for a third week atop the Official Top 100 Albums Chart with 11.53 million on-demand streams – the equivalent of 7,690 album units sold during the week of August 14 – 20 in Nigeria.
Asake’s ‘M$NEY’ recorded 11.40 million on-demand streams, which represents 7,600 album units sold during the week. However, it now leads the race for No. 1 on next week’s albums chart – ahead of Victony’s ‘STARLIFE’ and Davido’s ‘Oriade.’
Ayra Starr’s ‘Starrgirl” debuts at No. 3 on the Official Top 100 Albums Chart with 11.26 million on-demand streams – the equivalent of 7,510 albums units sold in its first week in the marketplace. It is Ayra Starr’s third top ten entry on the official albums chart – joining ‘The Year I Turned 21’ which peaked at No. 1 and ‘19 \\& Dangerous (Deluxe)’ which peaked at No. 7. It is important to note that the original version of Ayra Starr’s debut was released in August 2021 while the deluxe was released in October 2022 – all before the launch of TurnTable’s inaugural albums chart issue which was released in the first week of November 2022.
As a result, ‘The Year I Turned 21’ remains the only album by a female artiste to reach No. 1 on the official albums chart in Nigeria.
