With the earlier success of their 2020 MTLF 1 compilation project, and an even more recent success of their ‘Jam One Kele’ single, The Sarz Academy is here again with two additional singles off their coming Memories That Last Forever (MTLF) 2 compilation.
The two singles, ‘Body Wicked’ and ‘Good To Me’ lead the release of the compilation project put together by ace music producer Sarz and students of his Sarz Academy; set for the 19th of July, 2023.
With a consistent reputation of producing some of the greatest talents out of Africa’s music market, Sarz has again struck with the features on this upcoming album which has names like Gimba, MillyMay_pod, Perfext, Chairmaine ‘LA, Pj Star, Syntiat, Fxrtune and a host of uber-talented producers – all students from the Sarz Academy’s last session.
On Body Wicked (produced by Thekidfuzzy), MillyMay_pod owns the record’s sultry violins that underlay its distinctive percussion and synth rhythms. He also gives a perfect vocal rendition of the song; employing falsettos at every appropriate moment.
On both songs, the talents do a splendid work at storytelling. The beats are also proof of how incredibly skilled the producers and engineers are; all products of The Sarz Academy!
Even as the world anticipates the 15-tracked MTLF 2, it is not presumptuous to say that Sarz has once again done magic with this new set of musicians off the academy, and this is only the beginning for them.

Good To Me however wears a different cloak. Gimba and Perfext shine over its Amapiano bed with Gimba’s vocals sprinkling pinches of thoughtfulness over the upbeat rhythm. Together with its producers Bombocat and Twitchpapii, the foursome appreciate their higher power for always showing up in their lives and for holding their hands through their individual life journeys.
