About the Group and Formation

TTC: Can you tell us how the BTM Bad Boys came together as a group? What’s the story behind the name? 

Answer: Basically nothing was planned if we were to say we would call it God’s plan we just felt each others energy and decided to show the world what we have because we can’t contain all of this talents alone the world needs to hear it too.

TTC: Each of you brings a unique style and personality to the group. How do you balance your individual sounds to create the BTM Bad Boys’ signature vibe?

Answer: we keep it real to ourselves and that way everybody can make magic from there heart then that magic is what makes it BTM BAD BOYS soind cause you can’t get it else where.

TTC:What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced as a group so far, and how have you overcome it?

Answer: there has been a lot of challenges over the years both from our past video directors and photographers but one thing we don’t do is loose our temper because we believe in gradual progress we want to create something that will last forever and for anyone to do such you have to be patient with everyone and also getting everyone together but it something we have been working on and we believe as time goes on we will get better.

TTC: What does “BBP’ stand for?,  What was the creative process behind the track, and what message were you hoping to convey?

Answer: BBP stands for “Bad Boys Party” which is BTM BAD BOYS party we really don’t want the good boys at our party we want you to bring out every bit of badness in you and mind you people misunderstand our meaning of bad is not what you always think our own definition of bad is musically bad!

TTC:How did each member contribute to “BBP”? Can you give us insight into the production process and how you work together?

Answer: we are always together and one thing we don’t do is to be stingy with our creativity because positivity helped us to get here together so everyone is always dishing out vibes whenever any beat comes up it was our first time linking up with Trendz the producer of BBP we made the song on the first day it wasn’t even up to 30 minutes and the song was done everyone felt the energy and decided we must let the world and our beautiful fans listen as well.

TTC: The song has a real celebratory feel. What’s the inspiration behind the track, and how does it connect to your experiences as a group?

Answer: we are happy people so in every sound we create we let people know that we are happy people we have a lot going on in the country and in the world so whatever we can do to contribute with the happiness of our people we will do it so the only way we could pass that message was true our music which we did so whenever you listen to BBP you will always want to forget all your worries and party!

The Group’s Future and Vision

TTC: With the success of “BBP”  and other releases, what can fans expect next from BTM Bad Boys? Any upcoming projects or collaborations in the pipeline?

Answer: we have a whole lot coming soon but the major one is the BTM BAD BOYS party it will give the Afro beat industry a new face and show the world what we have because they haven’t seeing or felt what we are made of and last before we forget our BTM BAD BOYS E.p vol 2 is ready we have are even contemplating on the songs to go in because we have a whole lot of songs to dish out 

TTC: What’s the group’s long-term vision? Where do you see yourselves in the next few years?

Answer: wow BTM BAD BOYS is going to be a household name we will be winning awards and selling out stadiums that’s the dream and we are steady working on it and by the grace of God all our dream and hardwork will not be in vain.

TTC: As the group’s frontman, what drives your creative energy, and how do you inspire the rest of the group?

Staizz Omomummy: I won’t say am the group front man I just play my part like everyone and do my best at all cost all I want is success as long as we moving am happy.

Godfather Awawa: Your lyrical content is often praised. What’s your writing process like, and what themes are you drawn to the most?

TizzyT: As a performer, what excites you the most about being on stage, especially during the campus tour?

Bishop G: How has your role in the group evolved over time, and what’s been your proudest moment so far?

Cheddahace: As the one on the deck, how do you ensure that the beats and rhythms align with the group's vision, and what’s your approach to producing their unique sound?
